Amiroa Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Amiroa mobile application (the "Platform") made available by Amiroa Wellness Solutions ("Amiroa", "Company", "we", "us" and "our"), a partnership company established under the laws of India having its registered office at Kochi, Kerala India, 682032. The terms "you" and "your" refer to the user of the Platform. You agree to be bound by the Terms by using the Platform.

These Terms, the Amiroa Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines ("Platform Policies") will be read together. The Platform Policies set out the rules you are required to follow while using the Platform.

We may periodically update these Terms. Your continued use of the Services will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via annual reminders or in-app notifications.

CHANGES TO SERVICES

Our Platform is dynamic and may change rapidly. We may change, add, or remove functionalities at our discretion without notice. If a change requires your consent under law, we will request it specifically.

WHO MAY USE OUR SERVICES

Our Platform helps you stay in touch with friends and share content including images and videos in your preferred regional language ("Services"). To use our Services, you must register by entering your phone number and the One-Time-Password (OTP) sent via SMS. You must be capable of forming a binding agreement and be legally permitted to use our Services.

PRIVACY POLICY

We collect information such as your phone number, gender, and name. The Amiroa Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and store this data, as well as your rights under the law.

PURCHASE AND USAGE OF COINS AND GIFTS

You can acquire coins ("Coins") on the Platform to play games, license virtual gifts (stickers, banners, etc.), or customize your profile.

  • Purchasing: Prices are inclusive of taxes. Payments are non-refundable.

  • Usage: Coins are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for real money.

  • Expiration: COINS WILL EXPIRE AND BE AUTOMATICALLY FORFEITED IF NOT USED WITHIN SIX (6) MONTHS (182 DAYS) FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

  • Gifts: Constitute a limited license to digital products. We reserve the right to revise the cost of Gifts at any time.

GAMES AND REWARDS

Games and rewards are promotional activities offered on an "as-is" basis. They cannot be played with real money, and rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Wallet Expiration: THE BALANCE IN WALLET ACCUMULATED FROM REWARDS WILL EXPIRE AND BE FORFEITED IF THERE IS INACTIVITY FOR 6 MONTHS (180 DAYS).

YOUR COMMITMENTS

a. No Impersonation: You must provide correct phone number, gender, and age. Do not impersonate others or mislead users. b. Device Security: You shall not use bots or automated means to access the Platform. You will not link multiple accounts to a single profile (via PAN, IP, UPI, etc.). c. Content Removal: We may remove content that violates our Terms or Community Guidelines.

  • Permanent Termination: Abusive names, blocked devices, or promoting adult services.

  • Temporary Suspension: Obscene exchanges or policy violations. d. Respecting Rights: You will not infringe on the intellectual property or privacy of others. e. Amiroa’s IP: We own all branding, software, and technology. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or use crawlers/plugins on our Platform. f. Unlawful Content: You shall not share content that is obscene, harmful to minors, discriminatory, promotes gambling, or threatens national security. g. Content Rights: You own your content, but you grant Amiroa a license to use it. You are solely responsible for what you post.

BROADCAST FEATURE

The Broadcast feature allows real-time audio communication. All content is subject to the Platform Policies. We do not warrant that the Broadcast feature will be error-free or always available.

PERMISSIONS YOU GIVE TO US

  • License to Content: You grant Amiroa a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, copy, display, and create derivative works of your content.

  • Automatic Updates: You agree to install the latest version of the Amiroa application as updates are generated.

PROHIBITION OF CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE AND EXPLOITATION (CSAE)

Amiroa has a Zero-Tolerance Policy.

1. Strict Prohibition: We prohibit any content depicting the exploitation of minors.

2. Compliance: We take down reported CSAE content within 24 hours and cooperate with the NCRB and Interpol.

3. Enforcement: Violators face immediate permanent bans and reporting to the Cyber Crime Portal (www.cybercrime.gov.in).

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Platform is provided "as is." Amiroa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In any event, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the month preceding the claim.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Amiroa harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

GENERAL

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ernakulam shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

The following is allowed:

  • Friendly, respectful conversations.

  • Conversations that do not violate personal boundaries.

  • Conversations about any topic that remains respectful.

Strictly Banned:

Certain behaviors—explicit content, harassment, personal-data requests, and spam—are strictly prohibited.
